Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been transferred to the file of CBI.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition a fresh impleading CBI and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
