In view of the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication. Recording the compromise memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed in terms of compromise. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner further represented before this Court on 15.11.2022 that there was salary attachment, as per the order of the learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.340 of 2020, in M.C.No.25 of 2019, which is still in force. It was considered by this Court and on that day, the same was terminated, which still holds good. The terms of compromise shall form part and parcel of this order.
