Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ, order or Writ order or Directions particularly in the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Gna9/50460/2008 dated 20.04.2010 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same so far as concerned with the appointment of the 4th respondent and direct the 1 to 3 respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner for the post of organizer of Noon Meal Scheme at Panchayat Union Primary School of Kulasekaran Kottai Village, Sankarankoil Taluk, Tirunelveli District as per the judgment made in W.P.MD.No.10548 of 2008 dated 15.09.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.203 dated 19.08.2005.

It is stated that the appellant /writ petitioner has subsequently, appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer in Gnanasoundariammal Middle School, Swaminathapuram.

2. In view of the same, the appellant had sent a letter seeking withdrawal of the Writ Appeal. Hence, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
