To set aside the order dated 03.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.362 of 2015 in O.S.No.154 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, Madurai.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SANKARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.J.CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The delay would stand condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Hon`ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
On production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to list the restoration application.
