ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.37 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.37 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in CC.No.521 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Kumbakonam and the case is posted on 04.02.2025 for appearance.

3. In view of the above development, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.01.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
