O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR in Crime No.214 of 2016 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Keeranur Police station, Keeranur, Dindigul District, in so far as the petitioners are concerned and quash the same.

2. On 13.04.2023, report has been called for from the trial Court as to whether the Final Report has been filed by the learned Judicial Magsitrate, Palani, in Crime No.214 of 2016. Report has been received from the learned Judicial Magsitrate, Palani, stating that the Final Report has not filed till 26.04.2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Final Report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magsitrate, Palani, on 26.04.2023 (yesterday) itself and it is acknowledged through e-filing today.

4. The learned learned Judicial Magsitrate, Palani, is directed to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the content of the above said Final 2/4

Report, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
