ORDER

The learned Standing counsel for the respondent had placed on record the proceedings dated 05.03.2026 1/3

issued by the respondent/contemnor whereby the representation submitted by the petitioner for change of tariff has been rejected and therefore, the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with.

2. In the light of the proceedings dated 05.03.2026 issued by the respondent/contemnor nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.

3. This contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 05.03.2026 in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
