ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant viz., A.K.Sundaram, petition enquiry is pending. So far, no case has been registered against this petitioners.

2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioners find any trouble in future, they can work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
