Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.
3. On a perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it appears that the investigation is being done with all earnestness. Therefore this court does not find any reason to transfer the case and it is suffice to direct the first respondent to monitor and supervise the investigation.
