Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to award 15 marks for the petitioner for the experience of the petitioner in the light of the notification of the 2nd respondent in Advertisement No.4/2013 dated 28.5.2013 and as per the orders in WP(MD)No.2274 & 2275 of 2014 dated 11.2.2014 and G.O.ms.No.502 of the 1st respondent dated 31.12.2015 and consequently direct the petitioners to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Zoology in any one of the government colleges with all monetary and attendance benefits on par with other eligible candidates.
ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SANKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and of MR.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader for the Respondents the court made the following order:- Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J. This petition seeking to condone the delay of 142 days in filing appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.200/-, each, within a period of one week from today, to the credit of Indian Bank Savings Account No.6514082295, operated by the Registrar [Administration], for the purpose of removal of Seemai Karuvelam Trees. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
