ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to call the petitioner for interview for the post of Controller of Examination and for a consequential direction directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of Controller of Examination if he is eligible by considering his representation.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the proposed interview itself was cancelled and a fresh notification will be issued shortly.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
