ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.R.SHIVASHANKARI, Advocate for the Second Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant an order of exemption from paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.3,375/- in CMA.SR.No.12303 of 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to pay the Court fee for numbering the CMA and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
