ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section of 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act r/w. 3 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 in Crime No.221 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the de facto complainant with hands and abused him in filthy language.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that it is a simple injury and the injured has discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai and on each of them are executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, the 2nd petitioner being a lady shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
