ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.10.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted today, i.e.. on 14.10.2020 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
