This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.267 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court, but the same has not been taken on file.
