For Respondent : M/s.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate(Crl. side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.55 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 292(A) IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.55 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17853 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 17.11.2021 has granted anticipatory bail. Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner could not furnish sureties before the concerned Court. Hence, the petitioner was forced to file the present application by seeking anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (20.01.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police after investigation has come to the conclusion that there is no evidence against the accused 1 and 2 including the petitioner to proceed further and laid a charge sheet only against the third accused.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
