This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19315 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19315 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly forty eight days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19315 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
