ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to forbear the respondent police from harassing the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) clarified that on the file of the second respondent, no case is pending against the petitioner and that the second respondent would not summon the petitioner for enquiry. However, before the third respondent, the petitioner is figuring as accused in a POCSO case.

3. Therefore, the third respondent is definitely entitled to summon and enquire the petitioner in connection with the said case. This will not constitute harassment.
