ORDER

This writ petition is of the year 2010. On 03.04.2019, it was represented that sole petitioner died. Though the counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for time to verify and to file a petition to bring the legal heirs of the deceased on record, despite sufficient opportunity being given, no steps have been taken to substitute the petitioner or to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record. In the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that though there is no abatement, this Court do not justify the delay in taking steps and keep the writ petition pending.
