ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Sub Court, Sivakasi to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.27 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.27 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, itself has been dismissed for default.

3. In view of this above submission, nothing survives for determination in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No Costs.
