ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant viz., Merlin Rosy, wherein, it is stated that she had performed love marriage with her husband, who is the son of first and second petitioners. In the said complaint, enquiry has been conducted and no allegation has been made against these petitioners. Originally, the complaint has been lodged before Thiruverambur All Women Police Station and she was directed to approach the concerned jurisdictional Police. CRL OP(MD). No.441 of 2023 neither any complaint nor any enquiry is pending as against these petitioners.
