This Memorandum of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the decree and Judgement of the Employees' State Insurance Court Cum Labour Court, Madurai passed in ESIOP No.40 of 2004 dated 19.03.2015, received the copy of 18.02.2016.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.V.VENKATESHVARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondent not appeared in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. There was no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons found in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. However, since the delay on higher side, the same is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On production of payment of receipt, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
