ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to quash the proceedings in Na.da. Na.Ka.7953/09/L5 dated 14.05.2010 appointing Executive Officer and issuing guidelines to the Hereditary Trustee.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the Commissioner has not applied his mind before passing the order and the said order is a cryptic and non-speaking order and no reason has been given with regard to the misconduct and misappropriation by the petitioner which is clearly an interference of the administration of the temple by the Hereditary Trustee. 3. Initially, this writ petition was admitted and thereafter, it was adjudicated for some time and some interim orders have been passed. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as Withdrawn. It is made clear that if any interim order passed during the pendency of the petition has become non-est and has no effect. No costs.
