2.However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has neither received any instructions for withdrawing this Writ Petition till date nor the petitioner has contacted him. Since a letter has been placed before this Court, wherein, the petitioner has stated that he is going to withdraw the Writ Petition, necessarily this Court will have to record the same and dismiss the Writ Petition.
