ORDER

Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case based on the representation dated 31.01.2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.I have heard the learned counsel on either side. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that in this case, on completing the investigation, case has been registered and thus, the petition has become infructuous. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
