Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SANKARANARAYANAN.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties and comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11252 of 2020, dated 15.10.2020. 2.The petitioner's counsel would submit that A1 is the owner of the property, who has been granted bail and A1 only make arrangements for deposit of Rs.2,00,000/-. Hence, he seeks further time.
3.Considering the above submission, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties and comply with the condition, is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
