ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.87 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 27.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. and Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is maternal uncle of the alleged victim and due to love affair, the alleged victim, on her own volition, joined with the petitioner. It is further submitted that due to family dispute, a false complaint was given against him.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that

the victim is secured and the dispute between the parties is settled.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai, Virudhunagar District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required. sd/- 22/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
