This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 79 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the accused and he is facing trial in C.C.No.79 of 2016.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are 13 witnesses in this case and the case is posted on 03.02.2020 for examination of witnesses LW.1 to LW.3

4. Under such circumstances,there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 79 of 2016 within a period of four months from 03.02.2020.
