O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1407 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner's name was deleted from the charge sheet and hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent Police.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
