ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he sent notices repeatedly to the petitioner for getting instructions, however, he did not receive any instructions from the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
