ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer under Sub-Rule 18 of the Revenue Standing Orders 15 of Board Standing Orders. The learned Counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 24.10.2019 before the Revenue Divisional Officer. There shall be no order as to costs.
