ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sukumar Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petitions is filed to condone the delay of 227 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The first respondent remained ex-parte before the Trial Court. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. In so far as the second respondent is concerned, despite service of notice he has not chosen to appeal either in person or through counsel. Considering the reasons assigned for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the account opened in the

name of the Registrar (Administration), (Removal of Karuvelam (prosopis Juliflora) Trees), Savings Bank Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
