Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17604 of 2021 on 13.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17604 of 2021 on 13.12.2021 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.489 of 2022 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
