ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the second respondent not harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner herein and the Respondents 3 and 4 had preferred a complaint before the second Respondent. An enquiry was conducted by the second Respondent and it was closed. Now the second Respondent has received a fresh complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second Respondent undertakes to initiate action in the light of the circular of Additional Director General of Police and the current paper will be closed as per the circular of the Additional Director General of Police.

4. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1, and the petitioner shall not be summoned at odd hours.

5. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry, if 2/4

summons in writing is issued by the Respondents 1 and 2 as per the guidelines in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1,

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
