To call for the records and to set aside the order dated 13.09.2021 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in Crl.M.P.No.1276 of 2020 in M.C.No.5 of 2011, by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SADES KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KADAR KARAI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,54,500/- on 23.03.2023 as directed by this Court. He has also produced a memo to that effect. The memo is recorded.

2.The respondent is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount before the trial Court.
