This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as Amended by Act 1 of 2015, to set aside the order of the learned Special Court for trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, (FAC), Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.3247 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 and enlarge the petitioner/appellant/sole accused on bail in Crime No.303 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Muthumanickam Government Advocate for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.916 of 2023, dated 20.10.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and also there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is relaxed in toto.
