ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant dated 08.08.2019 issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pudukottai within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, as of now, no warrant is pending as against the third respondent, since the petitioner and the third respondent have compromised the issue.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
