PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR3960 of 2019 call for the records pertaining to Fair and Decreetal order made in I.A.NO.808 of 2015 in O.S.NO.37 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai dated 21.07.2017 and set-aside the same and thereby allow the revision and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SADIQ RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.RAGHAVACHARI,for Caveator for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the above civil revision petition in C.R.P.(MD).No.SR.3960 of 2019.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the "Bubbles Day Care Creache maintained by the Women Advocates Association, Madras High Court, Madurai Bench", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
