ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) and 506(I) I.P.C. and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the accused harassed the defacto complainant demanding dowry.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the accused have returned the entire articles and jewels to the defacto complainant. The learned counsel for the intervenor vehemently opposed for granting anticipatory bail to the accused.

5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with a common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
