Prayer:

To relax the condition imposed to the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e on 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar Month, at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12600 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3829 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12600 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 3829 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12600 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3829 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
