2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents as well as the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the respondent has conducted petition enquiry and the same was closed on 10.07.2015.
