This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19715 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19715 of 1/3

2024, dated 13.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly fifty three days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19715 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
