JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) When the matter came up for hearing on 22.01.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the papers were taken back by the appellant and that he was not appearing in the matter any more. Hence, the name of the appellant was directed to be printed in the cause-list on 22.02.2021 and once again it was listed on 23.02.2021, directing the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and adjourned to 25.02.2021. When the matter is listed today, printing the name of the appellant in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. Therefore, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
