2. All that the petitioners seek is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 04.11.2022 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
