This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.21028 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.21028 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said 1/3

condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 33 days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21028 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
