ORDER

In all the aforesaid Writ Petitions, the Public Health Section of the Virudhunagar Municipality have been issued the impugned order directing the petitioners institution to stop their further industrial activities.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioners appearing for the respective Writ Petition submits that the factories have been shifted away from the jurisdiction of the Virudhunagar Municipality. Hence nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
