PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to initiate appropriate legal action against the respondents 6 to 8 herein and to prevent social boycott / excommunication of the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2022 and ensure that the fundamental rights of the petitioner is safeguarded in light of the order made by this Court made in K.Goal Vs The State of Tamil Nadu, Rep by the Chief Secretary (2005(4)CTC241).

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 herein to initiate appropriate legal action against the respondents 6 to 8 and to prevent social boycotting / excommunication of the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2022. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that now there is no any excommunication or boycotting.

3.In view thereof, when the representation was made, taking into consideration of the relevant situation as of December 2022 and the said situation is not existing today, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous by a efflux of time. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
