petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.G.S.ASOK ADHITHYAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for R2 in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- The petitions are filed to condone the delay of 3704 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the second respondent.

3. Considering the contention of the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) each to Rojavanam, Home for Old Aged, Melur Road, Uthangudi-Ulaganeri, Madurai -625 107 and the amount shall be paid within a period of one week from today, failing which, the petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. On such payment, the Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the appeals for admission on 10.09.2018.
