This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19090 of 2024 on 06.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for nine weeks.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19090 of 2024 on 06.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
