ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner's son is alleged to have cheated many people by taking money from them with regard to giving them false assurances for employment..
3. The Respondents 1 and 2 are alleged to have summoned him at odd hours enquiring about the Petitioner's son. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass under the guise of an "enquiry".
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Petitioner and his son received money from various parties for securing jobs in abroad. The current paper pending with the Respondents 1 and 2 was 2/4
closed after conducting an enquiry.
